Membership Terms
What membership unlocks, how Founder slots work, and what changes if you cancel.
Updated September 2026
Membership opens the member spaces. It is not a general credit bundle or a licence to unlimited generation. Those are deliberately different things, and keeping them separate is what stops a quiet month costing the same as a busy one.
What membership unlocks
Agent Ora, Community, the Academy, Playground Clips, templates and member rewards. Studio, Playground, Aiora Code, Editor, Projects and Media remain available with a free account. Generation uses credits quoted before each run; defined Academy practice tasks receive a bounded course allowance when begun.
- Standard: 5% off every credit top-up, a raised storage quota, cancel any time
- Founder: 10% off every credit top-up, the largest storage quota, Founder badge, priority on new features, rate locked while active
Storage
Every account has a storage quota covering the media library it builds up, and membership raises it. Your usage is counted from the real size of the files you have stored, never estimated, and it is shown in your account settings alongside the quota your plan grants. The quota for each plan is published on the pricing page rather than quoted here.
Extra storage can be bought at any level, including with no membership, for a fixed term at a published price. Going over your quota does not delete anything and never will. We will tell you where you stand and leave the decision to you.
What it does not include
Membership does not include a general generation credit allowance, does not raise a model’s price, and does not skip a queue. The bounded credits granted for a defined Academy practice task are separate from membership credits and apply when that task begins. Where a tool is still in development, membership does not open it early. It opens when it is ready, for everyone, and paying more does not change that.
Current prices are published live on the pricing page rather than quoted here, so this policy cannot go stale against them. The page is the price.
Founder slots
Founder membership is limited to the first 250 paying members. The number still available is published live on the pricing page rather than estimated, so you can see whether the offer is real before you act on it.
The lower price reflects real risk rather than a marketing device: joining before something is finished is not the same as joining after, and the discount is what that difference is worth.
Founder rate lock
The Founder rate stays fixed while the membership remains active and paid. We will not raise it under you, and a general price rise does not reach a locked Founder rate.
Cancelling releases both the rate and the slot, and the slot may be taken by someone else immediately. Coming back later means joining at whatever is available then. We cannot hold a slot open and we will not imply we can.
Renewal
Memberships renew monthly on the date you joined, using the payment method on file. We will not renew a membership you have cancelled, and if a cancelled membership is charged anyway that is our fault to refund in full.
If a renewal payment fails we will retry it and tell you. Access continues while we are trying, and lapses rather than being cut off mid-sentence.
Changing plans
You can move between plans at any time. Moving up takes effect for the period it is paid for; moving down takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you already paid for.
Moving off Founder releases the slot, and we cannot hold it for you. That is the one plan change that is not reversible.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves you access for the period you already paid for. We do not cut access the moment you cancel, because you paid for that time.
We do not require a reason, we will not make you argue with a retention flow, and we will not hide the control.
Members-only spaces
Community and the Academy are membership experiences. Without membership you keep your account, your work, your media and your credits. The member-only spaces are simply locked, and nothing of yours is held inside them.
Agent Ora additionally requires your explicit, bounded consent as well as membership. Membership alone does not switch an agent on in your name.
If we change what membership includes
The platform is still being built, so what membership unlocks will grow. Where we add something, members get it. Where we would need to remove or move something behind a different plan, we will publish that with a date rather than doing it quietly.
We will not take away something you are currently relying on in order to sell it back to you.
