Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Aiora Labs: what the service is, what you own, and what each of us is responsible for.
Updated September 2026
These terms govern your use of Aiora Labs. They are written to be read. If something here is unclear, that is a fault worth telling us about.
The service
Aiora Labs provides AI creation tools, learning, community and agent systems. A free account opens the creation workspace. Membership opens designated member spaces, including Academy courses. Generation uses credits quoted before each run, while defined Academy practice tasks receive a bounded allowance when begun.
Parts of the platform are still being built. Where something is not open yet, we say so on the page rather than implying otherwise.
Your account
You need an account to create. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for activity that happens under it.
One person, one account. Do not share credentials, and do not create accounts to evade a suspension or to claim a benefit more than once.
Your content
You own what you create. You keep the rights you came in with, and the outputs you generate are yours, subject to the terms of the model providers that produced them.
You grant Aiora Labs the licence it needs to host, process, store and display your work, but only where you choose to share it. Private work stays private.
Our content
The platform itself (the software, the interface, the Aiora Labs name and marks) belongs to us. Using the service does not transfer any of it to you.
You may use the Aiora Labs name to describe that you made something with it. You may not use it to imply endorsement or partnership.
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. In short: nothing unlawful, nothing that impersonates a real person without a lawful basis, and no attempts to break identity, safety or spend guardrails.
Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party services: hosting, authentication, payment processing, email, and the AI model providers that run your generations. Your use of the parts they power is also subject to their terms, and some generation restrictions come from the model provider rather than from us; where they do, the restriction is shown at the point of use.
We choose these providers carefully and bind them by contract, but we are not responsible for a third party’s own independent conduct outside the service they provide us.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the product, you allow us to use them to improve the service without obligation or payment. You keep your own creations; this covers suggestions about Aiora Labs itself.
Credits and billing
Credit prices are shown before every run, and you confirm the number before anything starts. A run that produces nothing returns its credits.
Memberships renew monthly and cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not remove credits you already bought. Full detail is in the Credit Terms and Membership Terms.
Agents
Agent Ora acts only within the guardrails and approvals you configure. It drafts, plans and queues; a person approves before anything is billed or published.
You remain responsible for what you approve. An agent acting on your instruction is you acting.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance happens, providers fail, and features in development change.
Current service state is published on the status page rather than asserted here.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other creators at risk, or exposes the platform to legal jeopardy. Where it is reasonable to warn first, we will.
You may close your account at any time. Data deletion is covered by its own policy.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms as the product develops. Material changes are published with a new "last updated" date, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
We will not change them retroactively to remove a protection you already relied on.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Resolving disputes
If something goes wrong, tell us first. Most problems are a support conversation, not a legal one, and we would rather fix them that way. Contact support with “Legal” selected and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
The governing law and the venue for any dispute that cannot be resolved this way are being finalised with counsel and will be stated here; until then, nothing in these terms waives a mandatory right you have under the law of the country you live in.
Assignment and notices
You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our agreement. We may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, on the same terms.
We give you notices through the product or by email; you reach us through support.
Governing terms
These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still stands, and our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.
